Running should and can feel good. Chronic injury problems are not normal. If you have been struggling with injuries and can't run pain free, we will figure out why and get you a customized plan to fix it. I have over 20 years of experience helping runners and athletes improve their posture and biomechanics to eliminate injuries and pain.
